Return Policy & 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Banjo Warehouse offers a 7-day Full Satisfaction Guarantee on all banjos. Upon receiving your instrument, you have 7 days to inspect it. If for any reason you want to return the item, we will accept the return.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, including packaging and insurance. Upon damage-free inspection, the buyer will receive a refund of the purchase price minus $125 to cover the seller’s original shipping costs.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, cash, and cashier’s checks. We do not store customer payment details.

Professional Banjo Setup

Every used, vintage, and showroom banjo sold by Banjo Warehouse receives a complete in-house professional setup before shipping; new Gold Tones ship with a professional setup from the Gold Tone factory. Here’s what we do:

  • Metal cleaning: We disassemble every banjo we set up and use a high-powered buffer to restore all metal hardware to like-new condition
  • Wood care: All wood is cleaned and waxed, and the fretboard is oiled
  • New components: We install a new head, new strings, and a new bridge
  • Final adjustments: The neck is adjusted for correct intonation, the head is properly tensioned, and every banjo is play-tested before shipping
